Trumpf Germany produce market leading equipment, Their Lasers and Press Brakes are the Rolls Royce of the sheet metal processing world with excellent productivity and increased reliability over their competitors, and this is the reason we continue to work with Trumpf.

Our press brake department here at JLC is second to none, our CNC setters and operators have vast experience producing both simple components and complex bent assembly's with ease and repeatability. All while maintaining productivity and cost effectiveness.
Our TRUMPF 3120 3M 120T PRESS BRAKES
are 5 AXIS fully CNC controlled for accuracy
and repeat-ability.
We have a large array of tooling to suit all materials and thicknesses, including radius tooling, together with protective die films to eradicate tooling marks on aesthetically critical surfaces.
FABRICATION
MIG / TIG / ARC WELDING
Our fabrication and welding team are fully skilled in, Mig and Tig welding and specialize in the welding of low to medium gauge material to a very high standard. We manufacture components and welded assemblies of various sizes, materials and levels of complexity.
We deliver high-quality precision metal fabrications for a range of industries and applications where quality and tolerance control is critical.
To complement our welding services, JLC offers multiple metal finishing services, including linishing processes such as grinding, sanding, re-graining and polishing of metal parts to the
very highest quality.
FINISHING
POWDERCOATING / PLATING / GALVANISING
JLC offers a full range of metal painting and finishing processes, including powder coating, Plating and galvanising, Our local supply base are chosen on their quality, competitiveness and reliability.

From Luton style curtain sided vans, to Articulated 40ft lorries you can rest assured your products will arrive on-time and in perfect condition.
All pallets are labelled, and delivery notes accompany all goods giving full traceability.
Our vehicles are live-tracked so we can give you an accurate 'live location' of your delivery.
